The room and the package
Guests choose a room, a package and paid extras, then pay online under the booking's terms.

A stay is more than a room. Bring the booking, packages, activities, transfers and housekeeping onto one platform, so your team can follow the guest from booking to arrival.

The whole stay
A place to stay.
A day to plan.
One guest to look after.
Generated scene of an invented setting, not a customer property.
From booking to arrival
For the team that takes the booking, arranges the pickup and gets the room ready.
Guests choose a room, a package and paid extras, then pay online under the booking's terms.
Direct booking engineActivities have scheduled sessions and a set capacity. Transfer runs carry the booking, flight number, driver and vehicle.
Activities and extrasHousekeepers work from their own phone view. The desk checks and releases a room before a guest can check in.
Housekeeping and maintenanceStart with direct bookings
Rooms, packages and extras belong in the same booking. Guests pay the deposit or full amount required by the rate plan, then manage their stay under the terms they accepted.

Activities and transfers
Activities have scheduled sessions and capacity. Transfers are linked to the booking, with a driver and vehicle assigned. The same driver cannot be given overlapping runs.

Housekeepers update their round from a phone. A room moves from dirty to cleaned, inspected and ready. The desk cannot check a guest into a room that has not been released.

Hemmz is built and running in staging. Founding properties work with us stage by stage; it is not a self-service switch.
Read the migration checklistBring your accommodation types, season dates, booking sources and the jobs that still live in a spreadsheet. We look at fit and gaps together.
Start with the parts your property is ready for. We agree which system holds availability and how bookings reach the desk at each stage.
Your current systems stay in use until each replacement has been tested and accepted. The front desk moves when the property is ready.
Questions
The platform is built and running in staging, and is available to founding properties through a staged rollout. It is not a self-service signup: the property-fit demo is where we check your accommodation, workflows and requirements together.
Hemmz channel connections are in development, and no channel is connected for any property yet. Your current channel arrangements stay in use. Before a rollout, we agree which system holds availability and how online travel agency bookings reach Hemmz.
The console and staff phone views need a live internet connection; there is no offline mode. If parts of your property have weak coverage, bring that to the demo so we can assess whether the workflows fit.
Your website can link to booking pages on a Hemmz web address, styled with your logo, colours and fonts. Guests can book rooms, packages and paid extras, pay online, and manage or cancel under their booking's terms. Serving the booking pages on your own domain is in development.
The restaurant and point-of-sale module is in pilot, including charge to room. It is not part of a generally available restaurant rollout. If this matters to your property, we will discuss the pilot's fit and limitations in the demo.

Tell us how guests book, what you offer around the stay and where the team has to copy information. We will look at what fits, what is still in development and a sensible starting point.
Bring your property website, current systems and the workflow you want to discuss.
