Housekeeping and maintenance

A housekeeping board, a phone round for each housekeeper and maintenance work orders that decide when a room can take a guest.

Accounts for travel agencies and companies with contracted rates, their own portal login and a ledger of what each account owes.

Activities, paid extras and a points programme that sit on the booking, from the guest's first search to the folio.
