One view of the booking

Arctic Lumo Resort × Hemmz
A luxury resort in Finnish Lapland. A considered guest experience. Arctic Lumo chose Hemmz to bring its website, booking journey and travel partnerships closer together.

Ruka-Kuusamo, Finnish LaplandThe property
Glass-roofed accommodation, Nordic dining and the landscape of Ruka-Kuusamo are part of Lumo's guest experience. Its digital presence needs to give guests that same sense of place, while making the next step clear.
The project begins with the experience people see before they arrive, then extends to the teams and travel partners who help make the stay happen.

The guest journey
The website preview brings Lumo's own photography and films into a quiet, immersive design. Rooms, stay packages, dining and experiences each have a clear place, with direct routes into the booking journey.
Useful answers belong close to the decision: travel information, the resort story, frequently asked questions and booking terms are available alongside the stay details.

Travel partnerships
Lumo's partner showcase introduces how the Hemmz agency and company portal supports the people bringing guests to the resort: agreed rates, reservations, commission follow-up and team access in one place.
Partners see the bookings linked to their own account. Lumo keeps control of contracts, access, change approvals and settlement.
An agency follows its own reservations, sends change requests for the property to approve and reviews the agreed terms before an eligible cancellation.
Agency partners follow booking commission and issued statements, request eligible payouts and track the property's review. Bank settlement stays with the property.
Viewer, booker, finance and manager roles give a partner's team the access each person needs. The property approves new logins.
Company details, requests, decisions and commission disputes stay with the partner account, rather than being spread across separate email conversations.

A considered rollout
Lumo's current systems stay in use while each part of the replacement is prepared, tested and accepted. The website and partner showcase can be explored now; that is separate from a production cutover.
The website, resort content and routes into the booking journey establish the experience guests will use before arrival.
Website preview availableIntroduce agencies and companies to account access, reservation follow-up and commission statements, with contracts and permissions approved by the property.
Partner showcase availablePrepare the booking, payment, room-readiness and billing workflows with the team. Data reconciliation and acceptance checks come before replacing the existing systems.
Staged property rolloutThis case describes the project and its previews. Operational results will be added when the property rollout has been completed and measured.
